Hello! Im Maddie. I have been teaching swim lessons for 6 years. I have a license in behavioral therapy for special needs children ages 2-20. I was put in swim classes as early as possible to start learning CPR. I taught ages 2-18 years old starting my freshman year of high school. I have passed over 80 kids in weekly tests for swim classes. I have about 7 years of experience teaching and working with kids. My goal is to make all kids love swimming just as much as I do!

Hi, I am Ava Jimenez. I am a junior currently going to Illinois State University. I have been a lifeguard and swim instructor for 4 years. I have previously played competitive water polo and was an assistant coach for a team. I am excited to share my passion for the water with students ages 2 - adults!

I work as a substitute teacher currently and was a competitive swimmer for many years. Im experienced in teaching all ages of swimming as well. Im a college graduate with a degree in psychology with an emphasis in early childhood development. I love teaching because its important to keep a child or anyone safe in the water. Hello! My name is Gillian and I've taught swim lessons and lifeguarded for 4 years. I've taught students from 6 mo to 50 yrs old. I'm very comfortable teaching young students who are fearful of the water or have special needs. I have an undergraduate degree and a masters degree in music and teach piano when I'm not teaching swim. Outside of teaching, I also work with children through my role as a volunteer at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles. I love promoting safety through teaching swim.

"Eat your veggies, then you can go to swim lessons!" I love making swim lessons so much fun that it is a REWARD for eating veggies, cleaning a room or finishing homework! As your child's instructor, I will make every learning activity a game! Your child will be having so much fun they won't even notice they are learning to swim! I taught swim lessons at the YMCA and FOSS Swim school. In my spare time I love to bike, jump in the lake, play volleyball or read a good book.

Hello, my name is Sergio Orozco, Ive been teaching swimming for about 4 to 5 years. I am studying physical education, and in the future, Ill be studying physical therapy. Ive been swimming since I was a kid and also swam competitively! I know all 4 swimming strokes and played water polo competitively too. I can definitely teach your child to be a strong swimmer. I've taught for 4 years ages ranging from infants as small as 2 years old to 14-years-old.
