'Sasha is a great teacher. Her gentle, fun, and patient approach with my daughter who has always disliked having water on her face was exactly what we needed. She personalized the experience to my daughters needs and my daughter has so much more confidence in the water now. Also important to note is that she has learned how to stay safe around the pool area. Sunsational Swim School, and especially their amazing swim instructor Carla were a pleasure. Our granddaughter jumped up and down with excitement for every lesson, and I'm sure when she figures out that her lessons are completed, is going to be very sad. From start to finish we loved the experience, starting with your easy to navigate website, to the professionalism and kindness of Carla making sure our granddaughter is safe in our pool. I recommend both, Sunsational and Carla.

'We have been having a great experience with Sunsational. First they worked hard to get us matched. Then out first instructor was not working out and the customer service was excellent when I expressed that we were unhappy. They matched us with a new instructor and we love her. Melinda has been so wonderful! Our son was comfortable in the water but wasn't really swimming. After only a few lessons he is actually swimming and building skills. Our daughter, who is 2.5, is usually nervous around new people but she went right to Ms. Melinda and is so excited to swim with her every week. She is kind, patient and such a talented instructor. Our swim instructor Joshua is amazing! My 4-year was scared of getting her face in the water and within moments of the lesson. she was singing and getting water on her head without any tears. She is continuing to grow confidence in being in the water on her back and looks forward to her lessons every day. My 2-year-old takes a long time to trust being with anyone alone. Joshua would sing songs and play games that engaged him and he now asks for Joshua every time we go in the water. We are excited to continue our lessons with Joshua. It has been super convenient that he comes to us! Highly recommend!

'Chris Balbo is everything one could ask for in a swim instructor for children. As a father of two girls aged 6 and 2, I was initially a bit hesitant to have a male instructor. But Chris proved my concerns were completely unnecessary. He is amazingly patient, and kind, and, perhaps most importantly, he knows how to entertain and keep kids laughing so each lesson is fun. Quy was a great instructor. He was super patient and flexible with my unpredictable 16-month-old. There was noticeable progress from week to week. Quy was both professional and personable. I'd recommend him to anyone with an especially young swimmer.

Purchased the 12 pack with a guarantee to swim to safety option. Money well spent. Our instructor Tyler was fabulous. He had a wonderful demeanor especially considering our 4 yr old is very shy and somewhat timid in the water. A few toys and some high 5's later and they were buddies. Would highly recommend!!

Heidi was amazing with my 4 yr old son who was terrified to put his head underwater. She is gentle and kind and great with kids! She got him putting his head underwater after the 3rd lesson. Now by the 10th lesson, he loves swimming underwater. Yes, swimming! He can now swim as well thanks for her. Heidi is also very responsive and flexible. I would highly recommend her!!

Absolutely fantastic We had such a great experience. This was our first time doing swim lessons in our own home and it did not disappoint. Mrs. Shields was absolutely fantastic with our little guy. She was so patient and taught him so many skills. Our 4-year-old son can be bossy at times and Mrs. Shields was so sweet and kept him on track through it all. We hope she is teaching again next summer so we can further progress our son's skills and possibly start some skills with our daughter! If you're in the Phoenix area, Elizabeth Shields is definitely a fantastic instructor for little ones.

My son started his swimming lessons with Sunsational Swim School. It has been a very pleasant experience for us. Booking the lessons was easy and was cost-effective as well. Had few different instructors each summer. Most of them were pretty good and helped my son gain confidence in the water and master the skills. He is 7 and graduated with the skills last week. I have to say his last swim instructor ELIZABETH SHIELDS was awesome, a good fit for my son’s personality, always encouraging him to do well. She is very friendly and flexible with our work and my son’s school schedule. He started looking forward to his swimming class. Thank you so much for helping my son with his swimming skills.

Stacy is an amazing coach. He is engaged with our 3 and 6 year old at the level they need. They have both improved exponentially in the last 6 weeks and we are so thankful we signed up for these lessons. Grant Still was an amazing teacher for my 3 yo son! He was very patient, kept the classes positive, and had a great balance of keeping the class fun yet instructional. He was easy to reach and communicate with between classes and always on time. We would definitely recommend Grant and plan to use him again in the future!

Communication from Sunsational was on point. They walked us thru every step and kindly made us aware of what would be happening. Our instructor, Mr Qaun, went beyond my expectations. The swim lessons were for my two boys aged 3 & 2. They were less than happy to get into the pool with a stranger. He was extremely patient, kind, and gentle with them every lesson. We signed up for the 6 lesson package and there has been a huge improvement in their confidence with swimming.

James was an excellent instructor. My kids are now more confident swimmers and love swimming. James got them motivated to continue learning water sports. James was always on time, provided lesson feedback and what each kid should work on for practice, and was always very kind. My kids had the best time! We moved to another area of the county and I hope we will be able to find an instructor like James again. If you want your kiddo(s) to become proficient and love learning, definitely go with Sunsational!

Sunsational swimming has been great for my two children, 7 and 4 yo. I have tried group lessons at the YMCA and our city pool programs neither worked. My friend recommended this program. When we started my youngest did not know how to swim and my oldest knew how to swim but did not know strokes, nor was a strong swimmer. With our instructor Marianela Freites, my little one is swimming and the older one is getting ready for the swim team. Marianela is extremely patient and very good with kids. Marianela focused on getting my little one safe in the water and on safety techniques like floating to swimming and getting to the edge of the pool or stairs. She also got her holding her breath longer. All things necessary in swim safety. Marianela is very knowledgeable about techniques to help my oldest become proficient in each stroke and correct bad swimming habits. She also has made it fun, so my kids are excited to go to swimming lessons each week. It has been a great experience and well worth investment.

No words can express how happy we were with Marianela Marquina. My grandson (1 1/2 years) loves water, now even more. He is swimming with such enthusiasm it's hard to get him out of the pool. We now have a new addition and can't wait to get him started with Nela!
