Sunsational matched my four boys with James, one of the most fantastic swim instructors they've had! He's always encouraging, both to support my youngest's introduction to the water, and to push my older boys to try harder and swim faster. My oldest three are on the local swim team now and consistently snag first or second finishes, and I attribute that to James' teaching style -- he gently recommended that I put all three boys in the pool with him, and he was right because they worked harder together than alone. Thank you James!

TJ, aka Mr Walrus, is great at teaching the little one how to swim. We had him come in every day during a staycation. Both 4-year-olds learned to swim enough to get across the pool on their own. The convenience of swim lessons in your home is amazing and the continuity of the lesson every day makes learning much quicker. If you don't have a pool, find a neighbor with one!

I could not have been happier with our experience with Sunsational Swim and our instructor TJ (Thomas J). I wanted to kick-start my son's swimming with a series of classes over our week vacation with a focus on comfort in being underwater and getting his face wet. After a couple of lessons all my son wanted was to be in the pool, well under it, and to quote "Mummy, I don't like the top of the water anymore!". Patience, professional and experienced, TJ was a wonderful instructor who clearly has a lot of preschoolers under his belt. He was timely, responsive and I signed up for another set of lessons already!

Savannah is the BEST! Two of my kids, ages 2 and 4, are enrolled in swim lessons with Sunsational. Savannah is their amazing instructor, and we could not be happier! She developed a great relationship with the kids in a very short amount of time, gaining their trust and diminishing their fears of the water. In 4 weeks, my son (4) is almost able to swim on his own and my daughter (2), who has historically been terrified of the water, is swimming with decreasing assistance and is developing a love for the water! Not only are they learning how to swim, but (most importantly, in my opinion) they are learning important safety skills to keep them protected when they are around water. They are around so many pools, oceans, lakes, etc in the summer that these skills will prove to be invaluable. Savannah is always on time for lessons and flexible with scheduling. She doesn't "take the easy way out" when it comes to the programming of each specific lesson, but seamlessly personalizes each lesson for both children based on their individual strengths, weaknesses and styles of learning.

Sunsational Swim School has been great for our daughter! Savannah is our swim instructor and she's been awesome. My daughter barely wanted to put her head under the water and now she is swimming the length of the pool, learning to tread water, floating on her back and I feel much better about her ability to swim on the side of the pool if she were to ever fall in. She also loves seeing Savannah twice a week. She has so much fun and looks forward to lessons. Savannah's flexibility has also been a life saver for our crazy summer schedule. We're so glad we found Sunsational and would recommend it to anyone!

I had a great experience with sunsational for my 6 year old son. His instructor Jeremy was able to take my son from being afraid of the water to doing the front crawl, back stroke, and breast stoke in seven sessions. My son has not mastered these as yet and still need some more sesssions to perfect the strokes, but it was amazing to see what Jeremy was able to do on seven sessions.

Annie has her work cut out for her with my too soon to be 3-year-old. Annie has managed to teach my daughter many things that usually are taught to older children. Annie had amazing patience for my daughter constantly trying to change the program if you will. I give her a lot of credit. Annie is constantly updating me on her progress and what my expectations should be as well as what we should work on. Annie always goes with the flow and helps me to keep my daughter focused. She is very nice and my daughter loves her.

There is nothing better than making breakfast in your pajamas and sending your kids outside for their swim lesson in your own pool. Our instructor Sydney is phenomenal, and provides gentle and age appropriate instruction for our 4 and almost 7 year old. I only wish I had found this swim school sooner!

We have had a great experience with swim lessons for two summers now. Booking lessons is easy and the convenience of lessons in your own home can not be beat. Our teacher this summer, Emma, was great and our three kids all improved their swimming skills (7, 5, 3 years old). My only constructive comment would be to communicate with Sunsational beforehand regarding how long you want your lessons to go (eg though the whole summer or just a month, etc) so they can match you with an instructor that will work for your time frame. "Adding as you go" may not work as every instructor is not necessarily doing lessons all summer.
