Nicholas M
Beverly Hills, CA 90210
Hello! My name is Nick McDonald, and I have been a swim coach for 4+ years for ages 18 months old - adults. I was a member of a competitive swim team for 13 years of my youth, and transitioned to coaching, to give back the wonderful experience I had, to the next generation. I have also coached kids in sports like Climbing, Skiing, and Martial Arts, and have found coaching to be incredibly rewarding. Swimming is a fundamental skill, and I am excited to share it with anyone who wants to learn!

I am the oldest of six boys and a girl and I have taught them all I know. Becoming an instructor helped solidify my skills but also helped brush up my sibling's knowledge as well. I used to swim competitively in high school. I am currently pursuing a field in nursing. I love to swim and teach this fun, therapeutic, challenging, and life-saving skill.

Hi! My name is Trivonne. Ive been around the aquatics community for 11+ years. When I was 8, I joined a competitive swim team and quickly found a love for the water and sport. In 2021, I started teaching swim lessons and in 2023 I transitioned into coaching as well. Over the past 3 years Ive been fortunate enough to have taught ages ranging from 2-adult, special needs, and beginners-swim team. I believe that learning how to swim can be fun and exciting, not just a life lesson. I have learned that every kid has their own unique way of learning and my goal is to adapt to their specific needs. Whether youre interested in only learning water safety skills to becoming a competitive swimmer, I am happy to assist you!

I began my swimming journey at the age of 5 and continued as a competitive swimmer until I was 26. I trained with the Swim Pasadena Club Team and later attended Drury University, where I served as the swim team captain during my senior year. My journey took me from overcoming a fear of water to becoming an Olympic Trials qualifier. Along the way, I set multiple Southern California Age Group and CIF-SS records and held a National Age Group record.
My teaching experience spans over 3 years, working with individuals aged 5 to 25, from beginners to competitive swimmers. I am CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring safety and preparedness in all teaching environments

My name is Jesse and I began swimming when I was 4 and by 5 years old I was on the swim and water polo team! It revolutionized my life, boosting my confidence, and it taught me the significance of hard work. Later on I was a certified lifeguard and wanting to help more people, I worked my way to become a certified Water Safety Instructor through the American Red Cross. My goal is to teach as many people as I can to swim so they too can experience all the exciting opportunities that come with it!
Bobby B
Los Angeles, CA 90012
Hi, Im Bobby and Ive been teaching swim lessons since I was a swimmer myself, over 10 years ago! With kids as young as 4 to as old as 18. Ive also worked as an umpire for youth baseball, a private tutor for 2nd and 4th graders, and a live in nanny for 3 children under 10 years old. I like kids because their main focus is to have fun (most of the time), and I also love helping and watching them learn because it helps me with the challenges life brings to remember what it was like.
