Hi! My name is Victoria and Ive been teaching swim lessons for over 5 years with all ages. I also have experience with children with Down Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder in a private swim lesson setting. I love swimming and have been swimming since I was 8 years old. I love teaching swimming and seeing the progress of my students. I really enjoy seeing my students get more comfortable in the water and gain confidence. I got my undergraduate degree at University of California, San Diego.
With over 10 years of aquatic experience, I am qualified and confident to teach swim skills and water safety.
I have swam competitively, taught swim lessons, and instructed aquatic therapy for people with physical and mental disabilities.
Working as an aquatic therapist taught me about the properties of the water and how to instruct those with special needs.
Communication is key so we can all be on the same page for aquatic expectations and goals!

I have been teaching swimming to all ages for 10 years. I did competitive swimming for 8 years, but I've been in the water since I was born. I grew up on a lake, and I want the water to be a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone! I always lead with safety but encourage fun!
