Hello there, my name is Adrienne. I've been swimming since I was 6 years old. I swam competitively in Grade School and High School. I have had the privilege to teach young children from 10-months-old to 13 years old and some adults. I love teaching swimming because it is a life skill that never fails you. In my eyes, swimming provides so many health benefits to the body, soul, and mind. It gives focus, relaxation, fun, and discipline.
